About Me

I am passionate about arts, design and technology. Believe design and technology can improve people's lives by utilizing good design principles. A good design is solving a problem and making things work beautifully. I started my career in interaction design and have moved to solving wicked organisation problems. I have been in design for over 15 yrs. I am privileged to work at various design roles as individual contributors to team builder and design leader, starting from advertising agencies, R&D in electronics manufacturers, finance institution, technology company and recently omni channels e-Commerce business.

In my previous roles, I helped OCBC Bank design their equities trading experience; I co-led Grab's remittance experience, conceptualised Grab’s first Angbao experience and led the NTUC’s FairPrice Group’s design team in designing their first super app landing page.
